It's normal to complain on occasion. Everyone does it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is deluded (and a liar). But there's no need to let it seep into the happy parts of life. Happy=healthy. This blog is my attempt at (talking to myself and) keeping all the negative together, rounded up, in one place... so the happy can be free of it. Life is good.
